Randy has provided individual executive coaching and consulting for corporate and professional organizations for over 25 years. He has extensive skills and experience leading change efforts in strategic decision-making, organization effectiveness, team building, and conflict resolution.
Much of Randy’s prior experience has been with two preeminent global consulting firms: as a Senior Consultant with Personnel Decisions International (PDI), and as Vice President and Director of Professional Services with Lee Hecht Harrison. He is certified in the use of the PDI PROFILOR® family of feedback instruments and numerous other assessment and psychometric tools.
Randy’s major clients have included global companies in finance, banking, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, telecommunications, and manufacturing. He was part of a dedicated team of area specialists engaged by the Finance Ministry of Hungary to assist in the reconstruction after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
In the course of his professional life, Randy has published several articles on professional career growth and stages of development. He is a recognized authority on the administration and interpretation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and has written extensively on personality typing and its applications.
Randy holds a Ph.D. from New York University in Education and Counseling, a combined M.A. degree from Princeton Seminary and Princeton University, and an A. B. from Trinity University in Psychology. He is a long-standing member of the American Psychological Association and related professional organizations, such as the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS). Randy is a former Army officer and a participant in Operation Crossroads Africa.
